PURPOSE: A compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt is provided to have excellent activity and solubility, and to be effective in transferring and demolding. CONSTITUTION: A compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt is indicated in chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1: each of A1-A4 is selected from H, -CHR`R``, -OR', -COOR`, and -CONR`R``; each of R1-R5 is H or a linear or branched substituted or unsubstituted C1-5 alkyl; R2 is selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C5-10 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C5-10 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-10 cycloalkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-12 heterocycloalkyl, and a combinations thereof; each of R3 and R4 is H or a linear or branched substituted or unsubstituted C1-5 alkyl group; and n is an integer from 0-2.
