PURPOSE: A waste collecting device by using positive pressure in a building is provided to reduce the installation and maintenance costs of a solid waste collecting device by discharging solid waste with a blower. CONSTITUTION: A waste collecting device by using positive pressure in a building comprises an input unit(10), a temporary collecting room(130), and a pipe-shaped part(110). The input unit is installed in each household of a building(1). The temporary collecting room is installed on the basement or the outside surface of the building. The pipe-shaped part is connected to the input unit and the temporary collecting room. The input unit comprises a housing(11), a valve(V1), a blower(13), a scale(180), a connecting pipe(14), and a valve(V2). |
