PURPOSE: A traction motor and a heat-treatment method for a frame shaft of a traction motor are provided to prevent damages due to excessive increase of hardness in a screw part caused by a heat-treatment through partially implementing high-frequency wave heat-treatment at hub bearing mounted parts. CONSTITUTION: A housing(100) comprises a housing body(110) and a housing cover(120). The housing body provides storing space to store a stator(300) and a rotor(400). The stator comprises multiple cores(310) arranged along the inner periphery of the housing body and coils(320) winding each core. The rotor comprises a rotator body(410), a rotary shaft(420), and a bearing(430). A frame shaft(500) comprises a flange part(510), a shaft(520), and a screw part(530). |
