PURPOSE: An apparatus for encryption through an input value and a method thereof are provided to fundamentally block a user input value which decodes the encrypted data normally, by decoding encrypted data without an integrity verification of the user input value. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit(105) receives the input of the user input value from a user through a key input unit. An encrypted key determining unit(115) determines the key value corresponding to the user input value. An encryption processing unit(120) produces encrypted data by assigning a key value and an original data to an encrypted algorithm of a bijective function form which is processed through a processor. An encryption processing unit deletes an integrity verification value verifying the integrity of the key value within the processed encrypted data. An encrypted data storage unit(125) stores the encrypted data.
