Redirection Method Using Handover and Mobile Communication System therefor

PURPOSE: A call reset method using a handover method and mobile communication system thereof are provided to reset a call in other frequency bands or other systems by using a handover procedure. CONSTITUTION: A femto cell base station(301) terminates a call setup procedure without executing a redirection procedure even though a service which is requested for call setup is redirection target. The femto cell base station starts a call service. The femto cell base station processes a redirection procedure by executing a handover procedure in a cell which is able to provide the call service. A message for setting a call is an RRC(Radio Resource Control) connection request message for setting the call. The message is an initial direct transfer message provided for simultaneously setting the call from a terminal which receives the call service in advance.
