PURPOSE: A system for monitoring the operating state and tilting of a VCM(Voice Coil Motor) module is provided to determine whether a VCM module is normally operating and measure the tilt degree of the VCM module using line beams. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring the operating state and tilting of a VCM module comprises a power supply unit(200), a light source(400), an image acquisition unit(500), a line beam generating unit(600), a lens(700), a delay circuit unit(800), and a control unit(900). The light source projects light with the power provided from the power supply unit. The image acquisition unit photographs the movement of a VCM module in operation and outputs the images to create profiles. The line beam generating unit receives the light from the light source and changes into line beams. The lens has an automatic focusing function. The delay circuit unit delays the power provided to the image acquisition unit. The control unit monitors the movement and tilt degree of the VCM module and determines the good and bad of the VCM module from the result of monitoring. |
