PURPOSE: A disposable plastic bag is provided to naturally make a plastic bag packaging a plastic bag inside of a paper package and to be ready to be drawn out by being prepared to be drawn with a uniform force. CONSTITUTION: A successively manufactured plastic bag(20) is formed to be completed by tearing off, making a sealed unit(22) and an opened unit(21) be in both ends and two individual plastic bags are formed. For packaging, the plastic bag is advanced one by one to a stacking position for stacking up, one plastic bag is advanced so that a sealed unit is to be placed in the left side and the plastic bag in the upper layer is advanced in the opposite direction so that an opened unit is to be placed. When stacking up, a half-folded part of the second plastic bag is to be overlaid by making the end of the opened unit of the second plastic bag be placed in the center of the first plastic bag and the lower plastic bag is half-folded to cover the half of the second plastic bag. Again, other third plastic bag is placed to be overlaid on the second plastic bag, the front-end of the opened unit of the third plastic bag is placed to be overlaid with the half of the first plastic bag and then, the half of the second plastic bag's sealed unit is folded up to cover the half of the third plastic bag. And successively the half of a forth plastic bag's opened unit is stacked up to be overlaid with the folded half of the second plastic bag. The packaging is completed after putting a stacked bunch of plastic bags stacked as the order described above in a packaging box having an opening unit in the upper plane.
