PURPOSE: A method for fabricating controlled-release core-sheath composite fibers is provided to ensure antibacterial, deodorizing, and moisturizing functions. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating controlled-release core-sheath composite fibers comprises: a step of mixing microcapsules containing 10-70 wt% of controlled-release substances and thermoplastic resin to prepare a master batch chip containing 1-30 wt% of microcapsules; a step of preparing other thermoplastic resin chip; and a step of melt-spinning the master batch chip as a core part and other thermoplastic resin chip as a sheath part through a core-sheath spinneret to prepare grey yarn. The microcapsules contain melamin resin, urea resin, or composite resin thereof. |
