The bag (2) has a set of walls, a gel that is arranged such that the gel circulates freely between the walls, and a zip-type opening and closing system. A flexible sheet comprising incompressible and impermeable material is arranged in the bag with a set of upper ends. The upper ends are connected to each other such that perpendicular sides (9, 10) of the sheet are connected. Another flexible sheet is welded to the former flexible sheet. An independent claim is also included for a method for obtaining an isothermal bag.
