PURPOSE: A water treating apparatus and a wastewater treating apparatus using the same are provided to consistently neutralize wastewater without solid materials and coagulate particulates and to prevent the bad odor and pollutants from being discharged to the outside of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A water treating apparatus(300) includes the following: A first line mixer(310) mixes wastewater without solid materials, a neutralizing agent, and a coagulant. A neutralization reactor(320) neutralizes wastewater mixed with the neutralizing agent. A second line mixer(330) mixes the neutralized wastewater and an auxiliary coagulant. A coagulation reactor coagulates the wastewater mixed with the auxiliary coagulant. A particulate separator(360) separates particulates from the coagulated wastewater. The neutralization reactor, the Coagulation reactor, and the particulate separator are sealed. The coagulation reactor is composed of a rapid coagulation reactor(340) and a slow coagulation reactor(350). A wastewater treating apparatus using the water treating apparatus is composed of a grit eliminating part(100), a flux adjusting part(200), and a sludge treating part(400). |
