PURPOSE: A press and CIP(cold isostatic press) apparatus for powder forming and method using the same is provided that the mainframe is carried between the press unit and the CIP unit, it is used as the frame and the CIP unit of the press unit, the installation cost is saved. CONSTITUTION: A press and CIP(cold isostatic press) apparatus(1) for powder forming comprises a press unit(20), a CIP unit(10), a base frame(40), a mainframe(30), and an one common pressurizing unit. The press unit and the CIP unit are installed in the base frame. The mainframe is installed on the base frame, it is carried between the press unit and the CIP unit. The mainframe is arranged in the press unit, it is used as the frame for the press unit, the mainframe is arranged in the CIP unit, it is used as the frame for the CIP unit.
