PURPOSE: A cold and hot water dispenser for supplying sterilized air to a water tank is provided to always discharge clear water and to prevent water in the water tank from contacting to external polluted air. CONSTITUTION: A cold and hot water dispenser(100) for supplying sterilized air to a water tank comprises a water tank(130), an air storage part(160), a sterilizing unit(170), and an air guide part(180). In the water tank, a water supply part is sealed from the outside and water is stored and discharged. The air storage part stores internal air to be supplied to the water tank in a sealed state. The sterilizing unit sterilizes the internal air of the air storage part. The air guide part connects the water tank and the air storage part to guide the internal air of the air storage part to the water tank.
