<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and useful technique for indicating traceability applicable to PBN products. <P>SOLUTION: This PBN-overcoated product 4 is produced such that: after producing a body 1, at least the surface 2 of which is made from PBN, a traceability indication 2 is provided on an arbitrary site on the surface of the body with purified graphite; the surface of the body including the traceability indication is covered with PBN overcoat 3. It is preferable as a traceability-indicating technique, because sufficient transparency is given for reading a product serial number indicated on the surface of the body when the film thickness of the PBN overcoat is set as 700 μm or less. As graphite never affects the physical properties of PBN, even if the traceability indication formed by using the graphite intervenes between the body PBN surface and the PBN overcoat, functions and durability originated in the PBN product are not affected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
