<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification circuit having an amplifier with a passive path attached which reduces a defect in output data during a transient period of switching between a state of using an active path and a state of using the passive path. <P>SOLUTION: A timing control circuit 110 supplies a mode switching control signal ϕ2 and a state switching control signal ϕ3 to an amplifier 100 and a switching circuit (SW1, SW2, SW3) such that the state switching control signal ϕ3 triggers switching between two states consisting of a state of effective functioning of an active path 101 and a state of effective functioning of a passive path 102 as avoiding transient periods when the amplifier 100 transitions in response to the external mode switching control signal ϕ2 between two modes consisting of a power-down mode of power-saving operation and a power-up mode of normal operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
