<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost while preventing occurrence of a failure. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus includes: a measurement part for executing voltage and current measurement on the basis of an electric signal input via measuring probes 3 and 3; an operation part which allows an instruction operation for instructing execution of voltage and current measurement; a V terminal 18a for connecting a connection terminal 31 of one of the measuring probes 3 when executing voltage measurement; an A terminal 18b for connecting the connection terminal 31 when executing current measurement; a COM terminal 18c for connecting a connection terminal 31 of the other of the measuring probes 3 when executing voltage and current measurement; an information part for providing information that execution of voltage measurement is instructed at the time of the instruction; and a release switch 16 for releasing an informing state in response to a pressing operation by a fingertip 50.
