PURPOSE: An LED array, method of manufacturing thereof and a liquid crystal display device module including an LED backlight unit are provided to enhance optical efficiency by improving a shape of a lens member. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED packages(121) is bonded to the upper part of an LED PCB(122). A hemispherical shape lens member(125) is molded in the LED package. The central part of the lens member is concave in a predetermined depth. The central part disperses the directional angle of light output from the LED package to the side.
