PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit for a power conversion device that is capable of preventing malfunction of an upper-side switching element.
SOLUTION: A first circuit 10 has a first element 11 and a second element 12 that are connected in series to each other between a low-potential end and a high-potential end of a DC power-supply E1, the first element 11 being provided at the high-potential end side and the second element 12 being provided at the low-potential end side. Both the first element 11 and the second element 12 are switches. A second circuit 20 places a switching element Tx1 into a non-conductive state when a voltage across the second element 12 is larger than a predetermined value, and places the switching element Tx1 into a conductive state when the voltage is lower than the predetermined value. A switch element 32 is connected in parallel to the first element 11, and is conducted when the switching element Tx1 is in the non-conductive state and is not conducted when the switching element Tx1 is in the conductive state.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
