<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing boiled noodles not only saving labor and energy of operation when boiling noodle by efficiently boiling noodles, but also having extremely excellent practicality that can be easily mounted to an existing boiling pot afterward, and to provide a method for producing boiling noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing boiled noodles includes a cover 3 for covering an opening 2 of the existing boiling pot 1 capable of storing boiling hot water 22 and a moving mechanism suspendedly arranging an enclosure 7 in the boiling pot 1 from an opening 4 of the cover 3 and vertically moving a boiling basket body 5 for storing noodles 10 introduced into the enclosure 7 from the upper opening of the enclosure 7 in the enclosure 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
