In order to obtain a rotating electrical machine control device capable of preventing a vibrational component from being produced in a current command even when periodic torque vibration is contained in a torque command when the current command is calculated on the basis of the torque command, a rotating electrical machine control device is provided with: a torque current calculation unit which calculates a two-phase current command on the basis of a torque command; an actual current calculation unit which calculates a two-phase actual current; a current feedback control unit which changes a two-phase voltage command such that the two-phase actual current approaches the two-phase current command; and a voltage control unit which controls applied voltage on the basis of the two-phase voltage command. When periodic torque vibration is contained in the torque command, the torque current calculation unit performs first axis command fixing control for fixing a first axis current command at a predetermined value and vibrating a second axis current command in accordance with the torque vibration.
