#CMT# #/CMT# The transport vehicle (1) has a chassis (2) with a drive unit (20) and a steering unit (21). A manually driven height adjustment device (4) adjusts the height of load receiving surface (3) relative to the chassis. A detection unit (5) detects the road marking. An electrical power supply supplies power to the drive unit, steering unit, detection unit and control unit. The load receiving surface has two parallely extending and spaced apart beams (31,32) which are connected by a support (33). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Transport vehicle e.g. commercial pallet truck of driverless transport system (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The transport vehicle is inexpensive to manufacture and is very comfortable to use. The loading of transport vehicle is performed in a simple manner with low cost. The commercial pallet truck is manually driven simply with height adjustment feature. The pallet truck is aligned in such a way that power supply is integrated, to combine steering unit to the control unit and detection unit. The downtime of transport vehicle is significantly reduced by using the fast-loaded accumulators.
