The method involves transmitting data from a preliminary stage (18) for a processing job by a machine control device (15). Selection process of an intended cleaning program is carried out after completion of process such as pressurizing and painting processes, by the machine control device such that the cleaning program is realized for final purification of a rotary printing machine by cleaning apparatuses with subsequent stop. Another cleaning program for another processing job is realized by the cleaning apparatuses. The cleaning apparatus is selected from one of ink roller cleaning apparatus (10), squeegee device (11), blanket cylinder cleaning device (12), printing cylinder cleaning device (13) and printing form cylinder cleaning device (14).
