<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation resistance deterioration detecting device that has reduced a cost and a circuit mounting area and is capable of performing self diagnosis. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation resistance deterioration detecting device according to the present embodiment includes a high-voltage battery B1, and a voltage converter 11 for converting the voltage of the high-voltage battery B1, and detects deterioration of insulation resistance Ri of a power-supply unit. The insulation resistance deterioration detecting device includes an insulation resistance detecting part 70 that detects the insulation resistance Ri between a housing of a vehicle and a part where a power is supplied by the high-voltage battery B1, and a control device 30 for performing a control for a self diagnosis of the insulation resistance detecting part 70. When executing the self diagnosis, the control device 30 generates voltage fluctuation to a voltage converter 11 and executes the self diagnosis of the insulation resistance detecting part 70 on the basis of a change in a detection result of the insulation resistance detecting part 70 for the presence/absence of the voltage fluctuation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
