<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit data stored in a wrong column from being regarded as noise in data cleansing. <P>SOLUTION: The data arrangement change device is a server device including a readout control section, a determination section and an arrangement control section, which determines a data attribute of a record in a DB 1 and executes data arrangement change from the DB 1 to a DB 2. The readout control section reads out a record containing a plurality of columns from the DB 1. When data stored in any one of the columns in the record read out by the readout control section does not have an attribute corresponding to the column in which it is stored, the determination section determines whether the data has an attribute corresponding to another column.
