<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil-stickproof member configured to prevent intrusion of soil and sand to between soil-stickproof members while preventing the sticking of soil and sand by vibration, and to provide a rotary cover provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of soil-stickproof members 4 are provided on a shielding cover 2 covering the top of a working rotor 5 supported on a working machine body 10 equipped at the rear of a tractor and traveling together with the tractor. Each of the members 4 is fixed at a position of one side in the circumferential direction of the rotation of the working rotor 5 on the inner surface of the shielding cover 2, and includes an abutment portion 41 formed on the side opposite to the fixed side so as to contact, in a normal state, with the member 4 adjoining the opposite side.
