The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a multi-antenna transmission method and device, capable of reducing interference and improving system throughput. The solution in an embodiment of the present invention comprises: receiving a reference signal (RS) configuration set sent by an eNB, and based on the RS configuration set, obtaining the CSIs corresponding to each RS configuration in the RS configuration set; sending the CSI set to the eNB; then receiving a signal sent by the eNB according to the CSI set and processing the data. The solution in the embodiment of the present invention is suitable for use in multi-antenna signal transmission.
