<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing device that can obtain a great pressurizing force using a drive device with a relatively low output power, and also can hold a pressurized state for a given length of time by a low energy consumption, and furthermore has a simple configuration that can be manufactured inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: The pressurizing device includes: a fixed pressure receiving plate 1; and a pressurizing plate 2 movable upward and downward along a guide and pressurizing a workpiece while interposing the workpiece between the pressure receiving plate 1 and the pressurizing plate. The pressurizing device further includes: a toggle 3 that holds the pressurizing plate 2 and configured to be bent and stretched to move the pressurizing plate 2 upward and downward; an electric linear motion actuator 4 including an operation rod 7 that is operable to advance and retreat in an axial direction and coupled to the toggle 3, and driving the toggle 3 bending and stretching by the advancement and retreat of the operation rod 7; a spring for pressurizing and buffering which is installed in the electric linear motion actuator 4 and compressed when an axial load larger than a preset value acts on the operation rod 7 during pressurizing operation of the device, to urge the toggle 3 via the operation rod 7; and a means for stopping the drive of the electric linear motion actuator 4 at the timing when the spring is compressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
