<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line allocation device that allocates a communication line exceeding a unit transmission bandwidth by dividing it into a plurality of distributed free bands without causing a peak power to exceed the maximum transmission power of a terminal station. <P>SOLUTION: Allocation of a communication line to a plurality of terminal stations includes the steps of: calculating the number of unit frequency slots corresponding to a half-value bandwidth of a modulation signal transmitted by a terminal station and satisfying a required modulation bandwidth of the communication line (step 1); calculating and creating a division pattern which is a combination of sub-spectra into which the number of required modulation slots is divided (step 2); and selecting a division pattern about which the peak power does not exceed the maximum transmission power of the terminal, and allocating the communication line to the terminal based on the selected division pattern and the distribution of free bands (step 3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
