<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain body trunk training equipment that can train the muscles of the whole body of a user by a single motion and, particularly, the muscles of a body trunk for controlling a body axis, and can improve an athletic ability and a capacity of balance. <P>SOLUTION: The body trunk training equipment includes: an equipment base part 11; a support pole 12 erected on one side of the equipment base part; a support member 15 arranged to be elevatable in the vertical direction of the support pole; a circle frame 20 that is nearly horizontally arranged above the center of the equipment base part, supported to adjust an angle with respect to the support member, and formed with at least a semicircular arc; slide boxes 30 including slide parts slidably arranged in the circumferential direction of the circle frame with respect to the circle frame and grip parts extended in the centripetal direction of the circle frame from the slide parts and to be gripped by a user in training; and weights selectively fitted to a part of each slide box. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
