STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCT HAVING NON-STICK SURFACE AND TREATMENT PROCESS THEREOF

A stainless steel product having a non-stick surface and a treatment process thereof. The stainless steel product has a stainless steel body, wherein at least one surface of the body is uniformly distributed with arc-shaped pits, and the surface roughness thereof is Ra1 to 2 µm. A sintering non-stick layer having a thickness of 1 to 5µm is attached to the surface of the stainless steel body. The treatment process of the stainless steel product comprises the steps of polishing, shot blasting, washing, spray coating, and sintering etc., wherein, by shot blasting, the stainless steel surface forms arc-shaped pits uniformly, and then a volatile solvent is used to wash the stainless steel surface. This treatment process can improve the surface strength of the non-stick stainless steel product, increase the adhesion between the surface of the non-stick stainless steel product and the non-stick layer, enhance the corrosion resistance of the surface, distinguish the metal texture of the surface, and extend the service life of the non-stick stainless steel product.
