PURPOSE: A warm mat with a ventilation function is provided to allow use thereof regardless of a season and to facilitate the storage, packing, and portability thereof. CONSTITUTION: A warm mat with a ventilation function comprises a mat(10) which is formed with a first air circulation unit, a second air circulation unit, and an assembly protrusion on one side, a connection mat(20) which is formed with a third air circulation unit, a fourth air circulation unit, and an assembly protrusion on an edge, a warm air and cool air supply unit(30), a control box(40) for controlling a temperature sensor, a heating element, and an air circulation fan, and a cover sheet.
