<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of avoiding or suppressing noise and vibration without drastically increasing manufacturing cost in a rotor which is mounted to an inner rotor type rotating electric machine supported only by an end on one side of a shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor includes a core 40 which is installed adjacent to a first weight 20 on a bearing 1 side and has an outer edge E0 opposing to a stator 6.
