<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical delay device capable of shortening a measuring time, improving measurement accuracy and miniaturizing the device. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary optical delay device 10 includes: reflectors 110-140 that reflect incident light and exit the reflected light; and mirror groups 210-230 that reflect light exited from a reflector and make the light enter another reflector different from the reflector. The optical length of the input light that enters the reflectors 110-140 is varied by the rotation of the reflectors 110-140 so as to output delay light delayed with respect to the input light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
