<p>In order to obtain a flame-retardant polyolefin resin foam molded body that satisfies the combustibility of FMVSS and has excellent in-mold moldability and excellent surface appearance even if carbon black is added thereto, polyolefin resin particles which contain 0.03-5 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant having a phosphorus content of 7% by weight or more, a melting point of 120°C or more and a 5 wt% decomposition temperature of 240-320°C and 0.5-20 parts by weight of carbon black per 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin are foamed.</p> |
