<p>[Problem] To provide a technique of a three-dimensional measurement apparatus and the like that can appropriately perform three-dimensional measurement of a measurement object if the measurement object has a plurality of areas each having respective different brightness (color). [Solution] A three-dimensional measurement apparatus according to an embodiment of the present technique comprises a projection unit, an image pickup unit and a control unit. The projection unit has a lighting the illumination of which can be varied, and the projection unit uses light from the lighting to project stripes onto the measurement object. The control unit: causes the image pickup unit to capture an image of the measurement object; acquires brightness values from the captured image of the measurement object; allocates, on the basis of the acquired brightness values, a plurality of check blocks to the measurement object; determines a measurement illumination of the lighting for each of the allocated check blocks; causes the projection unit to project stripes onto the check blocks by use of the respective determined measurement illuminations; causes the image pickup unit to capture stripe images of the check blocks onto which the stripes have been projected; and performs a three-dimensional measurement of the measurement object on the basis of the captured stripe images.</p> |
