The apparatus has Bowden cables (6) having Bowden sheath (8) in which a cable (7) is axially slidably arranged. A guide unit (12) arranged on the proximal end of each Bowden cable has a sleeve (13) whose ends are provided with disc-shaped stops (14). A device housing has guide block (11) having a section provided with openings for each Bowden cable. The guide unit is arranged on the respective Bowden cable so that the Bowden sheath is fixed at distal stop of the guide unit and each Bowden cable with free play is mounted in the guide block in the axial direction.
