<p>A process for the purification of a high-potency polypeptide is provided. The process comprises contacting a crude mixture comprising a high-potency polypeptide and one or more impurities with a purification medium using a supply line; and contacting one or more processing solutions with the purification medium using a supply line, whereby the concentration of one or more impurities relative to the high-potency polypeptide is reduced, characterised in that the supply line for the high potency polypeptide is a disposable supply line separate from the supply line for the processing solutions.</p> |
