<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device that is difficult to receive the influence of the weather change by improving the coating device that suppresses generation of vibration caused by the wheel friction on the rail when a railroad vehicle passes the curve. <P>SOLUTION: Wetting of a rail head 7 is carried out by using at least one outlet 30 for the wetting agent and the lubricant.
