<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping fastener or the like allowing a pipe to be easily fixed to a support material and easily adjusting the position of the piping fastener. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe fastening member 7a includes a pipe holding part 3a, and a locking part 5a formed at a lower part of the pipe holding part 3a. The pipe holding part 3a is a portion for holding the pipe. An engaging part 9a is formed at an upper part of the pipe holding part 3a. A plurality of teeth are formed on the engaging part 9a. By making the respective engaging parts 9a, 9b of the pair of pipe fastening members 7a, 7b face each other and making the respective teeth engage with each other, the pipe holding parts 3a, 3b can be engaged with each other. The locking part 5a includes locking pawls 11a on both sides of the lower end. The locking pawl 11a is formed so as to project in the vertical direction (on both sides) of the facing surfaces of the pair of pipe fastening members 7a, 7b.
