<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure insulation resistance in a uniform charging status while preventing an increase in a measurement cost and removing a hum noise. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation resistance measurement device for capacitors comprises: a voltage output part 2 for applying test voltage V to m capacitors 11 simultaneously; a current detection part 3 for detecting current I flows through all the capacitors 11, and outputting detection signals SI; a signal switching part 4 for selecting one of the detection signals SI and outputting the signal as a specific detection signal SIs; one A/D conversion part 5 for outputting waveform data Dw of the specific detection signal SIs; and a processing part 6 for calculating insulation resistance IR of each of the capacitors 11 from a current value expressed by the waveform data Dw and from the test voltage V. The processing part 6 controls the signal switching part 4 so that, when applying switching control to the signal switching part 4 and setting a minimum multiple of Tc equal to or greater than (Tc×m/n) as time k, each time interval between n points becomes (Tc/n+k) and all first points of the detection signals SI are included in a period (Tc/n+k) at different times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
