PURPOSE: A roly poly-type lifesaving chamber is provided to manufacture at low price and to facilitate the storage and movement of the lifesaving chamber. CONSTITUTION: A roly poly-type lifesaving chamber(10) comprises an upper chamber(10a) and a lower chamber(10b). The top of the upper chamber is protruded upward, and the bottom of the lower chamber is protruded downward. In the lower part of the upper chamber, the inner side is made of a metal plate(1a) and the outer side is made of an elastic plate. The upper part of the upper chamber is made of a transparent plate(1c). A door(2) having a handle(2a) is installed at the top center of the upper chamber. A weight is placed on the recessed bottom of the lower chamber to move the lifesaving chamber like a roly poly. A light shelter(4) having at least one groove(4a) at the top is installed above the weight in the lower chamber.
