<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a thin film photoelectric conversion device which enables a thin film photoelectric conversion device with improved characteristics to be produced at a low cost and high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate for a thin film photoelectric conversion device comprises a light transmitting base, and a light transmitting foundation layer and a transparent electrode layer laminated one by one on its one major surface. The foundation layer contains light transmitting insulating fine particle and light transmitting binder. The light transmitting insulating fine particle is dispersed to cover one major surface of the light transmitting base at a coverage of 30% or more and less than 80% and the transparent electrode layer contains zinc oxide deposited by a low pressure CVD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
