一种高效除尘模块的制备方法,其特征在于本方法是通过如下的技术方案实现的:采用蜂窝状多孔陶瓷为基体,将扭线毛刷填塞于蜂窝状多孔陶瓷的孔道内,并利用缚尘剂溶液对蜂窝状多孔陶瓷的孔壁和扭线毛刷的刷毛表面进行浸渍处理,浸渍液浓度为缚尘剂饱和浓度的2%~100%,然后烘干,获得具有低气阻和高气体通量的除尘模块,扭线毛刷的外径在蜂窝状多孔陶瓷孔道截面的长径和短径之间,所采用的蜂窝状多孔陶瓷是堇青石陶瓷、氧化铝陶瓷、二氧化硅陶瓷或碳化硅陶瓷,其孔径为1mm~50mm。
