摘要 PURPOSE: A water collecting device of a power generation system using waterwheels is provided to improve power generation efficiency as the waterwheels of several stages are rotated successively in an opposite direction while water which has rotated a top waterwheel falls downwards without a loss. CONSTITUTION: A water collecting device of a power generation system using waterwheels comprises water collecting guides(20a,20b), waterwheels(10a,10b,10c,10d), and a passage changing curved pipe(24). A drain port(23) of the water collecting guide guiding a water flow is extended through the center of a lower waterwheel so that the directivity of the water discharged through the drain port is maintained. The water is discharged to the lower waterwheel in order to arrange the adjacent waterwheels successively in different rotational directions. The drain port of the water collecting guide on one side is arranged lower than the drain port of the water collecting guide in the other side. The water collected in the drain port of the opposite water collecting guide is fallen down to the drain port of the water collecting guide by centrifugal force, thereby being utilized for the rotation of the waterwheels. The passage changing curved pipe square a flow direction of the water falling from the drain port of the water collecting guide in other side with a flow direction of the water falling from the drain port of the water collecting guide on the one side.
