PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply control device for an electric water heater, for preventing casual supply of scalding hot water. SOLUTION: The device includes a mixing valve 21 for mixing water to hot water from the electric water heater 10; and a control circuit 31 for controlling hot water supply temperature T through the mixing valve 21. The control circuit 31 calculates a maximum mixing ratio of water to hot water based on a safety limit value of the hot water supply temperature T and an upper portion temperature and a lower portion temperature of the electric water heater, and controls the mixing valve 21 so that the hot water supply temperature T becomes a set temperature while limiting the high temperature-side opening of the mixing valve 21 to a high temperature-side maximum opening corresponding to the calculated maximum mixing ratio.
