PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of artificial bones by sponge reproduction and electric radiation process and artificial bones manufactured by using the method are provided to replace phalanges. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of artificial bones by sponge reproduction and electric radiation process comprises the following steps: coating zirconia slurry by dipping polyurethane sponge into the zirconia slurry(S1a); sintering the coated polyurethane sponge to manufacture a zirconia support body(S1b); manufacturing zirconia/non-phasic calcium phosphate-zirconia/non-phasic calcium phosphate support body by coating the zirconia support body with non-phasic calcium phosphate/zirconia slurry(S1c); re-coating by dipping the zirconia/non-phasic calcium phosphate-zirconia/non-phasic calcium phosphate support body into the non-phasic calcium phosphate slurry(S1d); and manufacturing a zirconia/non-phasic calcium phosphate support body by sintering the coated zirconia/non-phasic calcium phosphate-zirconia/non-phasic calcium phosphate support body(S1e).
