<p>PURPOSE: A orifice plate for engine mounting in which a magenetorheological fluid is sealed is provided to transfer according to the circumference of a coil assembly thereby controlling a rheological property of a magenetorheological fluid. CONSTITUTION: A orifice plate for engine mounting in which a magenetorheological fluid is sealed comprises a coil assembly(40) and a core assembly. The coil assembly is comprised of coil which is formed with a ring-shape. The core assembly is formed with a disk-like shape which has the coil assembly. The fluid path is formed that one of the entrance is located to the upper surface and the other is located to the lower surface. The fluid path is formed with the ring-shape according to the circumference of the coil assembly, has a separator between the upper side of the entrance and the lower side of the entrance for permitting a unidirectional rotation of the magenetorheological fluid which is passed by the fluid path.
