PURPOSE: Walls and a roof of a building for executing a cooling and heating function are provided to maintain a pleasant indoor environment by removing air directly discharged from indoor cooling or heating devices. CONSTITUTION: Walls and a roof of a building for executing a cooling and heating function comprises an integral wall, a spraying unit, a cooling and heating unit, a collecting well(80), and a mounting unit. Finishing materials are air tightly adhered to the front and rear sides of a frame(10) of the wall so that the integral wall is formed. A pipe(50) and a nozzle are installed in an inner top of the integral wall so that the spraying unit sprays cooling and heating water to the inside the frame. The collecting well and a boiler are installed at a specific position of the building. The pipe connects the collecting well and cooling and heating devices(86,87). The mounting unit connects cooling and heating water supply pipes installed on the top of the wall and the collecting well and installs a pump(92) between the pipes.
