摘要 PURPOSE: An organic waste resource recovery plant system applying the two stepped drying method of the indirect drying and direct drying is provided to; facilitate fragmenting as it pulverizes after making the organic waste with 80% of water content to 55 to 60% of water content in the first drying; increasing the drying efficiency of the organic waste; and reducing the fuel cost consumed for drying organic waste as it uses not only the waste heat from this system but also the boiler waste heat from other plants installed nearby. CONSTITUTION: An organic waste resource recovery plant system comprises an organic waste reservoir(10), the first dryer(20), the first air preheater(41), the first dust collector(50), the first condenser(45), the second dryer input hopper(17), the second dryer(30), the second dryer hot blast stove(40), the second dust collector, the second condenser(46), the drying organic waste cooling device(60), the drying organic waste reservoir(65), the reducing odor apparatus(70), and the white lead preventing apparatus(80). The first dryer discharges the organic waste injected from the organic waste reservoir after fragmentation and drying. The first air preheater supplies the waste heat to the first dryer. The first dust collector collects the gas, dust and odor discharged from the first dryer. The first dust collector collects the waste heat from the discharged gas from the first dust collector. The second dryer input hopper store and discharge the organic waste supplied from the first dryer. The dried organic waste cooling device freezes the dried organic waste discharged from the second dryer. The white lead preventing apparatus reduces the white lead from the discharged gas came through the reducing odor apparatus. The first dust collector is a cyclone particle collector, the dust filtered from the cyclone particle collector is discharged to the second dryer inlet hopper and the discharged gas is discharged by the first condenser.
