METHOD FOR SELECTING CELL FOR CS FALLBACK SERVICE

PURPOSE: A method for selecting a cell for a CS(Circuit Switch) fallback service is provided to prevent a CS fallback to a undesired cell area in a cell boundary section. CONSTITUTION: A parameter setting unit sets up a hysteresis parameter in a first network(S101). A receiving unit collects cell measurement information in each cell in one or more second networks measured in a mobile terminal(S103). A cell transition unit selects a cell to handover the mobile terminal by using the cell measurement information and the hysteresis parameter(S105,S107). The cell transition unit transmits information about the selected cell to the mobile terminal by receiving paging for CS from the cell of the second network before delivering the paging to the mobile terminal(S109).
