PURPOSE: A leg rest device for a vehicle seat is provided to obtain improved durability and reduced weight and costs of parts. CONSTITUTION: A leg rest device for a vehicle seat comprises a base bracket(10), a rotary bracket(20), a movable bracket(30), a recliner motor(40), a torque transmission mechanism, a slide motor, and a linear moving mechanism. The base bracket is coupled to a seat cushion frame at the front of a seat cushion. The rotary bracket is coupled to the base bracket and allowed to pivot up and down. The movable bracket is coupled to the rotary bracket and allowed to slide. The recliner motor is fixed to the base bracket and provides power for operation of the rotary bracket. The torque transmission mechanism connects the recliner motor and the rotary bracket to rotate the rotary bracket with the power of the recliner motor. The slide motor is fixed to the movable bracket to provide power for operation of the movable bracket. The linear moving mechanism connects the base bracket and the movable bracket to slide the movable bracket with the power of the slide motor. [Reference numerals] (AA) Front |
